Fix text and structure of files

• i've changed the name of files and folders (removing spaces) because the spaces in file names makes hyprlinks ambigous and uncomfortable (adding % and etc).
• also i've make the links in the text as a hyprlink (not just a text, which can't click on it).
• at the end, i've made review and fix text in introduction file.
