Originally I had built in support for specifying the LSN when configuring warp-pipe in LR (logical replication) mode, so that you could resume from some known LSN (assuming you were persisting that value yourself). However, it doesn't appear possible to resume from an arbitrary LSN since the slot is what manages it, so all that you need to do is re-use the same replication slot and then you can pickup where you left off.
