Some devices like Heltec V4 take long to respond and we got error: [10:50:39 AM] Error: Timed out waiting for node identity. [10:50:39 AM] Connect error: Timed out waiting for node identity.
Some server's block by default directory indexing and this will give error 403 when the app try to list all config templates
