!## Submission description

What went well

Overall, it is a great control, easy to use. The control includes features that saves me writing lot of code (example emptyview).
PeekAreaInsets is a very nice feature that simplifies the code
Flowdirection is a great feature
Stability of the beta release

What didn't go well

Carousel initial loading is going to the first page even with the current item set to 4th element
The Emptyview idea is great but seems not to work yet:

Thanks for the submission. The initial Position value not being properly displayed should be fixed for pre3, and the EmptyView currently has a PR open over on the Xamarin.Forms repo. Could you elaborate on a RefreshCommand and if the RefreshView doesn't fulfill your needs in any way?

I do not find the RefreshView property in the intellisense or documentation of the carouselview. But if I can bind a command to RefreshView, it sounds very good to me.
