adata_filtered_combined_feb2025.h5ad was generated from scRNA-combined-take2.ipynb (note this file itself was too big to add to github directly BUT can be found on my computer in OneDrive/ScottLab/scrna-seq etc. OR on the HPC server where first generated)
raw data = .mtx files in fused/ parental/ and resistant/ folders specifically in my local OneDrive/ScottLab/scrna-seq directory and should also be on the lab server
raw fastq.gz files can be found at /mnt/pan/SOM_CCCC_JGS25/shultesp/data/GC.PS.1996_scRNAseq/231031_A01101_0432_BHY7CTDRX2 on HPC
