This PR adds functionality for using local data formatted as a SeisComP Data Structure (SDS) through the corresponding ObsPy client. The local SDS client does not handle comma-separated channels in the get_waveforms function, and the code now grabs [channel]? (e.g., BH?). The channel selection is done afterward in the rfdata.download_data method.

To-do:

• Fix documentation for rfpy_calc
• Add documentation on local data structure
• Clean up the local data variables and functions
• Test with ?H[ZNE], ?H[Z12] and ?H[123]
• Add stationXML as input
• Clean up code and revert to earlier versions for deconvolution parameters
