The current system counts intercontinental routes as routes for the purpose of giving free links, even though they do not get the bonus. This filters out intercontinental routes before counting them.

I think that intercontinental routes shouldn't be limited in the first free routes, and should rather be part of it, so any airline starting up could do 5 free routes and them all being intercontinental routes. Would make starting out with profitable routes much easier for newer players. |

The current system counts intercontinental routes as routes for the purpose of giving free links, even though they do not get the bonus, so if you make an intercontinental route, you "waste" a free route. This filters out intercontinental routes before counting them, so this doesn't happen.
