Welcome to the MSC wiki!
MSC is a minimal sensorimotor component that (like ANSNA and OpenNARS) implements the ideas presented in Hammer, P., & Lofthouse, T. (2018, August). Goal-Directed Procedure Learning. In International Conference on Artificial General Intelligence (pp. 77-86). Springer, Cham.
Differently than the other systems, that's all MSC supports. Using NAL7&8 only, it is able to learn from event streams and is able to make goal-directed decisions. (which you can try in the ASCII Pong and Test Chamber environment that comes with the system by default)
