v0.5-nomumble

As contradictory as it sounds, this version is a Pyramid-no-Mumble version. It simply models some aspects of Mumble user accounts, but it still not interfaces Mumble in any way. However, it provides login, signup, preferences, password recovery, and schedule views, which allowed me to manage a conference in a mostly efficient way.
