Outstanding issues prior to release

• Refine the readme.txt/readme.md
• Subfamily annotation
• Test with interproscan dataset to gauge performance
• PAR files for different OS
• Reduce the HMMER, annotation etc files down pure test files, update readmes accordingly.
• How to deal with versions in the code
