Completes the repository restructure by moving orphaned
mirror-packagescripts fromapps/tolibs/.Context
PR #14 restructured the repository from
apps/tolibs/andpackages/. However, themirror-package/scripts were added in PR #13 after the restructure branch was created. During the rebase and merge, these files were left behind inapps/workflows/src/scripts/mirror-package/.Changes
