Description:
This PR introduces a ProjectPolicy to manage access control for creating new activities within a project. The policy ensures that only users with the appropriate permissions are allowed to create activities for a specific project.
Note
This PR might not make sense depending on how you envision handling activity ingestion. However, it could become useful in the near future if you want to restrict access to a project through the web interface.
