Added options for retrying thermostat commands with configurable attempts and intervals. This adds resilience to environments where the connection to the thermostats aren't reliable.

Improve the robustness of the 🔥 Advanced Heating Control V5 blueprint when talking to thermostats by adding an optional, configurable retry mechanism around climate.set_hvac_mode and climate.set_temperature.
When enabled, the blueprint will resend commands a limited number of times while the thermostat state/temperature still doesn’t match the requested target, mitigating intermittent connection issues.
