As a servant leader, participating in "Future Without Violence" represents the qualities of caring and effective leadership. The servant leader fosters collaboration and empowers others by actively listening to and empathizing with survivors and stakeholders, providing healing and support, and encouraging these behaviors. This results in a nurturing and secure workplace for everyone involved. They set an example for others to follow by promoting social change and always learning about methods of preventing violence. |
