+Big Brothers Big Sisters is a nonprofit organization that works to mentor and support children and young people who are going through difficult times. Their program aims to increase the mentees' academic progress, social and emotional wellbeing, and avoidance of dangerous behaviors. In order to encourage personal growth and empowerment, the organization works to establish healthy relationships between adult mentors (known as "Bigs") and young mentees (known as "Littles").

They make certain that mentees get the assistance, opportunities, and resources they need to succeed. They help create a more just society by standing up for equity and inclusion.
