While assigning hover_dict to model instead of copying, reference get copied, which cause problem on clearing models. Created copy using .copy()

Title bar close button is connected to a close_osdag() which closes all the tabs one after another asking closing message in design=true tabs. This can be stopped by cancel or close the option popup. Quit is also connected to close current tab.
Changed naming and placing of Modules and removed edit menu.
This feature includes the addition of windows aero resize features on Custom Title Bar mainly tested on windows 11. Works well for Scaled and Unscaled screen.
