This pull request introduces a new desktop application for OsBridgeLCCA, developed by *Prerna Praveen Vidyarthi, a full-time intern at *Osdag during FOSSEE Summer Fellowship 2025.
The new application can be executed from OsBridgeLCCA\src\osbridgelcca\desktop_app this directory using the command python -m app
