renames the chart operaton-bpm to operaton

Important:

after merging this merge-request, the previous operaton-bpm chart must be removed from the index.yaml in the gh-pages branch manually. to do so:

• checked out the gh-pages branch.
• in the index.yaml file, find the entry operaton-bpm: under the entries: and delete operaton-bpm: and all attributes and its sub-objects. so that the entries: section only contains data for operaton:, and its relevant attributes and sub-objects.
• commit and push the gh-pages branch
• watch for the GitHub pages pipeline to successfully finish, after some time the changes would be live.
  *please also consider deleting the obsolete operaton-bpm releases and tags, from this GitHub-repository.
