Switch to standard tarball to avoid autoreconfig. Fix license information. Add PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation. Add PKG_INSTALL for consistency with other packages. Description:
This cherry picks commits from master to update addrwatch to 1.0.2 and apply some fixes. There are less changes compared to #15899 (no separate output module packages, no config file changes) to be more compatible with existing installs.
