This was causing an error because the target Path field was not in the driver struct.
Which was formatted as:
10:41:10.644 INF ha3: ip#r1: add route to {192.168.10.1 ffffffff} dev lo
Instead of the expected:
10:41:10.644 INF ha3: ip#r1: add route to 192.168.10.1/32 dev lo
