The CHW app libraries and core dependencies are updated in this PR so as to test compatibility with the register/profile compatibility changes introduced.
This can be merged once the updated libraries PRs are merged and the necessary snapshots are published.
The updates include:

client-opd
client-configurable-views
client-reporting
CORE libraries:
chw-core
client-core
masterbranch which supports the latest client-core
