While this doesn't get closer to solving the problem, it makes more sense in general to put the parts related to the user at the end of the dockerfile.
It removes at least one error message, but it has no effect on qt theme sharing (and the fact that some icons are missing) or on flexbe's errors ( which i think might be related to why the edit function doesnt work )
