@benswinney Why would we need entitlements on an OKD where the base is FCOS and we have all needed repos enabled? |

OKD 4.4 uses ignition 3.0.0, so the original machineconfig template file would not apply correctly. I've created a seperate file with the updated changes so that the original can still used on OpenShift 4.x for the time being.
