Description
Refactoring this class for consistent naming. For action groups pertinent to individual sharable resources, these should be referred to in code as access levels.
For a Google Docs analogy, individual docs can be shared at Reader, Viewer, Editor levels and all actions are pertinent to an individual doc as opposed to cluster: and index: permissions.
