This doc was written by @marsom in the openpubkey PR openpubkey/openpubkey#340 The actively developed version of this PR is openpubkey/openpubkey#355 The correct place for this doc is opkssh so I'm moving it from that PR in openpubkey to this PR in opkssh.
This PR should be merged when opkssh adds device flow support
