according to AN4088 (MPC5500/MPC5600 Nexus Support Overview), all mpc5xxx chips implements JCOMP signal, except MPC560x. JCOMP stands for 'JTAG Compliance Enable' and is used for switching between debug and jtag functions (0 for debug, 1 for jtag).
