Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Zscaler connector to support fetching specific microservices data (like POPs list) from public endpoints by extracting the site parameter from URLs and using it as the target IP address.
- Adds URL parameter parsing to extract site information from REST paths
- Enables routing to public endpoints like config.zscaler.com for specific data retrieval
- Maintains API call uniformity when private endpoints are not available

This allow for a specific Zscaler Microservices like POps list to be fetched on public endpoint with the same ME (since there is not private available endpoint to keep uniform API calls)
