Releases CLI v0.6.2 with the following changes

Fixed:
- Fixed issue where `fga store import` would error when importing a store with no tuples (#408) - thanks @ap0calypse8
- Fixed repetition in `fga query check` error output (#405) - thanks @Siddhant-K-code
