OpenEverest used percona helm chart in percona/percona-helm-charts repo.
We moved those to a dedicated OpenEverest repo: https://github.com/openeverest/helm-charts
This PR fixes the docs to use the new repository + adds an info on how to migrate to new helm from the
perconaone.
