Summary

generate ed25519 keys using a random SecretKey so older ed25519-dalek works
keep optional comment when encoding private keys
avoid double counting attempts when matches are found

Testing

cargo test --locked --quiet (fails to fetch anyhow)
cargo test --locked --offline --quiet (fails to find base64 crate)
