How to test locally?

# Install dependencies
yarn install

# Set environment variables
# Path to Farajaland inventory files
export OLD_INVENTORY_PATH=../opencrvs-farajaland/infrastructure/server-setup/inventory/
# Environment name
export ENVIRONMENT=development
