First User-Ready Release

This is the first stable release of the Second Exchange platform making it possible to:

• Register/Login using public-private key pairs
• Read content
• Post rich text content
• View posted content
• Comment on posts and read others' comments
• Search profiles using public keys
• Follow user profiles
• Change user settings
• Chat with other users

With all the essential features in place this is a fully functional release that aims to provide a truly decentralized blogging system to the users.

A list of important features and enhancements can be found in the issues which will be updated in the subsequent days.
