Add author and keyword filtering to component list endpoint
This PR enhances the component discovery functionality by adding support for filtering components by author and keyword query parameters in the registry's component list endpoint.
Changes:
Added author query parameter support to filter components by author name
Added keyword query parameter support to filter components by keywords (supports both single keyword and array of keywords)
Both filters work alongside existing state filtering functionality
Technical Details:
Author filtering supports both string author names and author objects with name property
Keyword filtering handles both array and string keyword formats
Maintains backward compatibility with existing query parameters
The changes allow for more granular component discovery, making it easier for users to find specific components based on authorship or keyword criteria.
