FeatureBase MCP Skill

Adds a skill for interacting with the FeatureBase feedback platform via a local MCP server.

What's included

  • SKILL.md — CLI reference for all FeatureBase MCP tools (conversations, posts, boards, teams, changelogs, surveys, webhooks, etc.)
  • references/triage.md — Conversation triage guide with rules for auto-assigning support tickets to the correct team

Triage Guide

The triage reference documents patterns learned from real support tickets:

  • Re-Verification — KYC/KYB, identity verification, onboarding documents
  • Technical Issue — subscription billing, webhook events, payment flow bugs, API/integration issues
  • Customer Requests — refund requests, account-level service
  • Sales — pre-sales inquiries, demos, volume pricing
  • Payouts — payout processing, withdrawal issues

Key insight: context matters more than the bot category label. Users often select the wrong flow (e.g., 'Technical issue' for verification problems), so the triage rules check actual message content.

MCP Server

The skill expects a FeatureBase MCP server running locally (Python 3.12 + FastMCP, SSE transport). Source: featurebase-mcp/ in workspace.

FeatureBase MCP skill for managing support conversations, feature requests,
posts, changelogs, surveys, companies, and teams.

Includes a triage reference guide with rules for auto-assigning conversations
to the correct team (Re-Verification, Technical Issue, Customer Requests,
Sales, Payouts, etc.) based on real ticket patterns.
