With this change, secondary locale dictionary is loaded via
asyncReloadUninitializedMainDictionaries, which fixes the crash described in #586 (comment) (though I still don't understand why the crash happens at all).Additionally, unused secondary dictionaries are closed, as it is done for main locale.
