Add external network field to subnet based on poolName in vnfd.json file and connect to it instead of first router/external router it finds.
Addresses issue #48 , also addresses openbaton/NFVO#20, openbaton/NFVO#119 and specifically openbaton/NFVO#243. Must be merged at the same time as openbaton/NFVO#276
