Summary

Adds the SerenAI skill to the experimental folder, enabling Codex users to:

• Query SQL databases via micropayments
• Call REST APIs through publisher proxies
• Access web scraping (Firecrawl) and neural search (Exa)
• Manage prepaid wallet balance

What is SerenAI?

SerenAI is a micropayment gateway for AI agents. Instead of managing multiple API keys and subscriptions, agents register once and access any publisher in the marketplace with prepaid credits (SerenBucks) or crypto payments (x402 protocol).

Skill Features

• Setup: One-time agent registration (no auth required)
• Database queries: SQL access to any database publisher
• API proxy: Call REST APIs through publishers
• Cost estimation: Check query costs before executing
