Summary:
I worked through this with Codex against my actual skills collection, and thought it would be helpful to capture the workflow as part of the original skill-creator itself, since this ends up being an obvious omission if the user creates some custom skills for Codex. With this workflow, it's easy to make sure all your skills have cool icons.
