* Configs are searched in the current directory ("config.ini"),
in the users' home directory ("~/.config/metadatavalidator/config.ini")
and in the system directory ("/etc/metadatavalidator/config.ini")
* Introduce NoConfigFilesFoundError; raised when no config file
could be found
* Correct return codes
* First check if the file is a well-formed XML file. If not, don't bother to check further * Introduce returndict with some pre-defined values
Move revhistory tests into test_check_revhistory.py

<meta>elements that are specified by us. At the moment, these parts are NOT done by GeekoDoc as we expect further changes in the future.The script is currently implemented in a modular way instead of a single file.
