Add a library of InterfaceType terms

Some terms could be transferred from softwareFeature (e.g., commandLineInterface, desktopEnvironment, graphicalUserInterface...), maybe it could be preferable to delete/adapt them from there and adapt some schemas to also accept InterfaceType instead.

The type will need to be updated to CommunicationInterfaceType.

SoftwareFeature should be more discussed at some point, too much terms are included here and it would be better to have further discussion about them (could be open in a separate issue).

@Raphael-Gazzotti @apdavison revision of terms in the SoftwareFeature / SoftwareApplicationCategory terminology should be done in a separate issue and PR.

For this PR: after fixing the issue of the incorrect schema type this PR is good to be merged I think.
