this PR needs some clarification (see issue #278 ) I have the suspicion that this is one content type only with two potential file endings. |

Please review carefully, I'm not sure if this is solved correctly. I compared to WebWarp and WebAlign content types, but there are some errors in those (#282 (review)) which caused some confusions from my side in the related issue.
