In the upcoming Dice version, memset replacement is disabled by default. This commit sets DICE_MEMSET option in CMakeLists proactively so that once the new version arrives, we do not break the pipeline. Signed-off-by: Diogo Behrens <diogo.behrens@huawei.com>
