- Make SPECCPU2017 fetch resilient to missing parent_dir by resolving it via get_benches_dir - Reorder fetch arguments for clarity and consistent API usage - Keep SPEC installation path logic centralized in benches utils - Relax taskset guard when set_all_cpus is enabled to avoid dropping valid cpu_order configurations This improves robustness of the SPEC CPU 2017 bench setup and avoids spurious taskset no-ops.
