This set of edits introduces the Image Display into the profile so that you can specify display requirements for standard layouts for a user, and associated requirements.

We should discuss whether the Hanging Protocol and Standard Display requirements currently in the text are needed (or whether you can instead specify those here in your profile).

There are a few other edits, such as adding boilerplate text to the DICOM Conventions section in Vol 3. I have also introduced a display 'transaction' into Vol 2 as a potential home for the display requirements.

For now, I have left in text associated with the storage and modality worklist requirements, though we decided in the last discussion that those will be requirements for a future version of the profile.

In all cases, we can discuss alternatives for profile scope and the best way to document what you want.
