This is a set of updates to align the current profile content more closely with the IHE supplement template. Throughout these updates, I added inline comments in brackets/italics identifying issues to discuss. Most of these issues are intended to provide me with a better understanding of your intent in the specification so that I can adjust the existing documentation in the IHE way.
Though I have made many edits, the current text is an excellent start to an IHE profile.
You will find my updates to the Preamble, Volume 1 content, and a small amount in Volume 3. I have not yet touched the Appendices (and I expect I will have minimal updates there.).
Once we have an opportunity to discuss these edits and the issues I have identified, I will be able to do another round of edits.
I look forward to that discussion.
