这个地方主要问题应该是pidfile里面内容和实际进程不一致时候的问题，其实如果是直接使用ps命令来获取的话，就没有必要保留这个pidfile，可以进一步优化为不存在stop fail的情况 |

falcon-agent进程被手动kill掉进程pid文件没有被清理时， 下次如果./control restart 会先kill掉错误的进程。
