**IGNORE THIS IN Enhancement WG as this is an input to Axis/Bjarne proposal, WG can review the proposal from Bjarne branch/ PR #611 **

Below are the edits made

  • restructured requirement text
  • written requirements as positive instead of negative (shall instead of shall not)
  • security section untouched as we are discussing to move into baseline
