The validator example application now displays frame statistics. The text file no longer mentions GOPs since the framework supports both partial and multiple GOP validation. This means that counting GOPs no longer applies. In addition, the flag is_primary_slice can now only become 'true' for picture NAL Units. Finally, the version has been bumped to r25.12.1.
