The On Premise Diagnostic (OPD) for Skype for Business is a collection of diagnostic scenarios, analyzers, rules, and insights for diagnosing common issues in Skype for Business 2015 and 2019 on premise and hybrid environments.

The following is required for successful operation
- PowerShell 5.0 (or greater) installed on the host machine. Click here for details on how to get the latest version for your computer.
- A connection to the internet (required for update checks and telemetry upload).
- OPD for Skype for Business requires Farm and Machine administrative permissions to perform all checks.
