[UPD] Changes in trial balance to include/exclude inactive accounts

This commit addresses the requirement to give users an option to include/exclude inactive accounts in Trial Balance Report

@ByteMeAsap this requirement is a strange one. If there are bookings on an account it should always! Show up in the report. otherwise you have an inbalanced report.

You can only hide depracted accounts when the re are no bookings on the account in the requested period(s)

For this, there is already an option "Hide accounts at 0"
